The new Edinburgh central hub for UK Fintech, Multrees Investor Services. The UK Fintech, Multrees Investor Services, moved their Edinburgh operations centre into a larger site in the heart of the city at 40 Princes Street. During a tight timescale of 6 weeks, Anchorpoint created a new café area, visitor’s reception, meeting & conference facilities, and accommodated 120 permanent and visiting staff; incorporating flexible, collaborative and “gathering” areas across the 10,000sqft transformation of this 3rd floor space.

How we transformed the space

The flexible workspace features a multi-purpose hub at its core to facilitate collaboration and embody the Multrees key values of transparency, communication and innovation. Quiet booths allow team focus with a study bench for concentration, a lounge area for informal one-to-one discussions, and tiered bench for seminar and town hall.

Without the traditional physical barriers of walls and corridors, the space will encourage a one team culture facilitating integration, union and a successful working environment that caters for a fully diverse workforce.

The client suite is welcoming and professional, it captures the regard for the client and respect for confidentiality while allowing experience and encounter of Multrees people and their culture. This area is also easily transformed into an events venue.

The overall design reflects the openness and freshness to which the client aspired.
