The client's brief
To renovate and upgrade what was once a tired industrial unit into a large open plan office environment, merging staff into a centre of excellence by creating a space that’s fun, bright and motivating for the workforce.
How we transformed the space
- We stripped out the existing office area to a bare shell, and installed all services, including floor boxes, fibre optic building links, and air conditioning
- The Anchorpoint design and projects teams worked together to create a modern open plan office to the client’s brief which included individual glass partitioned meeting rooms and boardroom, a full kitchen breakout area, storage wall systems, and a staff collaboration area featuring a bespoke ceiling design within the main office
- Anchorpoint’s project managers worked to a tight timescale, bringing the project back on track despite a 3 week delay due to unforeseen challenges with the floor substate
