The client's brief
To fit-out the 3rd floor space of Links House in Edinburgh to a specification suitable for business growth.
The look and structure of the floor are to remain and be enhanced, while making it a space that reflects the companies culture and recently launched Condatis brand.
How we transformed the space
The interiors team developed the design taking a bare shell and creating flexible meeting rooms, an open plan office space, private booths, study pods, break out spaces with key features throughout.
The existing carpet was retained throughout with vibrant enhancements in key areas, such as the conference room, waiting area and break out space. Feature lighting and branded graphics were also considered, enhancing interest and colour to the space.
A full installation of electrics and data was required including the addition of a comms room with existing building services being upgraded to meet the requirements of the client.
